Overview
Springboard is an online learning platform that was founded in 2013 by Gautam Tambay and Parul Gupta. In March 2016, I became a mentor in the User Experience Bootcamp and later a User Experience Community Manager in January 2023. I’ve had the opportunity to mentor and interact with over 300+ students from all over the world.

In 2018, I was asked to contribute an article around career growth that would be incorporated into the User Experience Bootcamp Curriculum. I choose to write an in-depth article on How to use LinkedIn to Find Your Next Job. This article focuses on the importance of building a network and meaningfully engaging. It also offers tips on how to best utilize the search functionality in LinkedIn.
